Fox Cities Builders partnered with Elusive Hill Dairy in Loyal, Wisconsin to design and build a BouMatic 72-cow rotary milking parlor that brings modern efficiency to daily operations.

This project went beyond installing a parlor. It created a fully integrated system designed to support a growing dairy operation.

The layout includes a new freestall barn and a 515-cow holding area, with two breezeways connecting key spaces for smooth workflow.

Four dedicated tanker bays streamline milk transport, while office space, employee areas, and a breakroom provide a comfortable, functional hub for the team.

Pump rooms and supporting systems were carefully planned to ensure dependable performance and allow for future expansion. Every detail was built with long-term success in mind, positioning Elusive Hill Dairy for the next generation of dairy farming.
