Project Description
Rotary Milking Parlor Construction for Edgewood Dairy – Custer, Wisconsin.
Fox Cities Builders partnered with Edgewood Dairy on this rotary milking parlor construction project with a strong focus on cow comfort and smooth cow flow into the parlor.
The facility features a GEA 40‑stall rotary milking parlor designed to encourage calm, continuous movement from the holding area through milking. A well‑planned breezeway connection, dedicated cow sort and work area, and three tanker bays help keep daily milking routines efficient and stress‑free for both cows and crew.
Supporting the parlor is a special needs barn with over 100 stalls for post‑fresh cows and other groups. The tunnel‑ventilated barn includes 74″ Munters fans, cattle brushes, and a sick pack pen to promote comfort and recovery.
