Project Description
Blending Dairy Operations and Farm Retail at Slowey Farms…
Fox Cities Builders partnered with Slowey Farms in Westfield, Wisconsin, to deliver a rotary milking parlor project that brings together modern dairy operations and on‑farm retail.
The project features a GEA 50‑cow rotary, along with a freestall barn remodel that adds a new holding area and sort area to support smooth cow flow and daily routines.
A unique element of this build is the attached retail store, thoughtfully integrated into a section of the milking parlor. The Slowey family will use this space to sell their existing dairy products, cuts of meat, cheese, and other food‑related items, creating a direct connection between the farm and the local community.
This project highlights how agricultural facilities can evolve to support both production and customer engagement under one roof.
