Fox Cities Builders was proud to partner with O’Loughlin Dairy on a green site robot dairy construction project in Minnesota.

This modern facility features a Munters tunnel-ventilated freestall barn with 225 stalls, designed for optimal cow comfort and streamlined operations. The barn is equipped with three Lely robots for milking and a Lely Collector manure system that helps to keep alleys clean.

A game-changing setup includes a Lely Vector automatic feeding system paired with a feed kitchen where ingredients are stored, selected, and picked up automatically. The Vector system mixes and delivers a self-mixed ration, resulting in consistent feed intake, improved efficiency, and major labor savings.

The barn layout accommodates both dry cow and milk groups, with sort groups for easy handling, and is designed for future expansion. We’re proud to have helped turn this green site into a fully functioning dairy through thoughtful design and scalable solutions.
