Fox Cities Builders partnered with Community First Credit Union to complete an interior office build-out in the former Chase Bank building in downtown Seymour. This project supports the ongoing effort to revitalize the Seymour business district.

A key feature of the renovation is the existing bank vault, which was refurbished into a functional, modern conference room. The project also included updated restrooms, a new reception area, and a comfortable customer waiting space.

To support daily operations, the branch includes new teller desks for efficient member service, modern private offices for employees, and a drive‑thru banking lane. Staff also benefit from an improved breakroom with updated amenities.

Throughout the space, classic stone accents add character and tie the design together. The result is a fully refreshed branch that enhances Community First Credit Union’s service experience and strengthens their presence in the Seymour area.
