Project Description
Fox Cities Builders partnered with Blaser Farms in Gillett, Wisconsin to complete a major dairy facility expansion in Fall 2025.
This project introduced a BouMatic double-12 parallel milking parlor and a tunnel-ventilated freestall barn—blending tradition with innovation to prioritize cow comfort and operational efficiency for the next generation of dairy farming.
The new milking parlor includes a subway basement for streamlined milk sampling and equipment maintenance, along with essential spaces for modern dairy operations: milk room, utility room, office, locker room, and a dedicated veterinary room. A breezeway connects the parlor to the existing barn, improving herd flow and housing two sick pens for animal care.
The freestall barn features Munters pusher fans and cupola fans for optimal airflow, ensuring superior cow comfort year-round. Fox Cities Builders is proud to deliver this comprehensive agricultural construction project, helping Blaser Farms position their dairy operation for long-term success.
