Fox Cities Builders partnered once again with Kohlwey Dairy in Adell, Wisconsin, to deliver a freestall barn addition designed for performance and animal comfort. This repeat customer trusted us to expand their existing setup with a thoughtful approach that blends functionality and innovation.

The project added 305 new stalls for steer and heifer groups, transforming the original 5-row barn into a unique 6-row layout. To ensure a seamless experience, we adjusted the feed alley curbing for a smooth transition between the old and new sections. The barn addition features natural ventilation, Rollomatic curtains, and Munters cupolas, creating an environment that promotes airflow and animal well-being. We also incorporated a new pump room to support operational needs.
